a New York manufactured cider that does not contain potassium sorbate? I am looking to make some hard cider using fresh local apple cider, but the cider sold locally all contains potassium sorbate, which kills yeast. Oddly enough, I have found several mass market brands in the grocery store that do not use it (Simply Apple and at least one variety of Mott’s) but all the local stuff seems to use it.

Can anyone out there hook me up?
